  • Spring System
    • Bonnel type spring system made of C 65 corbon steel wire in 1.80 mm diameter especaily manufactured for the mattress production. The bonel springs are in 5,0 cm diameter with 14 cm height.
    • All springs are placed individually in a bags made of 60 gr/m2 spunbonded wade.
    • Applied minimum required spring quantity 1 m2 in compliance with TSE (Turkish Standards Norms).

    Filling Material
    • Pocket spring construction is framed with 22-28 density, 10X14 cm think foam.
    • Framed and supported with 5x15 cm size 22 density foam all around the construction. 15 gr/m2 wadding
    • 28-32 Density Foam plate in 30 mm thicknes placed over both faces of the framed construction.
    • 20 mm thick memory back special foam placed over the 30 mm foam plate.
    Upholstery
    • 15 gr/m2 Wadding .
    • 15 mm thick continuous foam on both faces.
    • 200 gr/m2 siliconised fiber on both faces.
    • 450 gr/m weight special mattress fabric of cotton - polyester.
    Side Walls & Accessories
    • Side walls made of the same type upholstery fabric with 8 mm supporting base foam, 15 gr/m2
    • wadding.
    • Side Handles.
