- Spring System
- Bonnel type spring system made of C 65 corbon steel wire in 2.2 mm diameter especaily manufactured for the mattress production. The bonel springs are in 9,2 cm diameter with 14 cm height in double knots.
- Connecting sprial C 65 Corbon sprial wire in 1.4 mm diameter.
- Applied minimum required spring quantity 1 m2 in compliance with TSE (Turkish Standards Norms).
Filling Material
- Specialy treated and hardned Felt in 900 gr/m2 weight placed over on each face of the spring construction.
- Framed and supported with 5x15 cm size 22 density foam all around the construction.
15 gr/m2 wadding
- Suspension / supporting foam used 4 pieces in single, 6 pieces in double size mattresses.
Upholstery
- 8 mm thick continuous foam on both faces.
- 100 gr/m2 siliconised fiber on both faces.
- 450 gr/m weight special mattress fabric 100 % polyester.
Side Walls & Accessories
- Side walls made of the same type upholstery fabric with 8 mm supporting base foam, 15 gr/m2
- wadding.
- Side Handles.
